Exchange 2010 SP2: Disable Windows Backup verification

Using Windows Server 2008 R2 backup, is there a way to disable verification when backing up Exchange 2010 SP2?  Thanks.

No and thats a better process as it check if the backup taken is in good state as if not maybe sometime its not in good state for your restoration in future
