My apologies for this uneducated question...RU3? Are each rollup updates separate? I have RU 7 and 8 installed. I guess I thought that if I had the latest ones it included the earlier ones.

Using archiving feature in Exchange 2010 SP1 with Outlook 2010. Retention Tags is working great as far as Personal Folder tags go for individual folders....except for the Deleted Items folder. The policy (for example: archive items over 30 days old) can be applied but seems to have no effect as it never archives them off. I've tried this on multiple users on multiple workstations using Outlook 2010 and OWA. I've looked for info on this but can't seem to find anything that says specifically that you can't &quot;archive&quot; the Deleted Items folder. FYI: Setting the items to &quot;Delete and allow recovery&quot; works fine. <br />

Yes...I have users who use the Deleted Items as a storage place and are wishing to archive them as opposed to delete them. Short of having them create a folder for these items and archiving that folder, I need some assistance...
