I have a few users in the office that are using outlook 2010 with attached personal folders for email archiving. When do a search for emails that are in the personal folder nothing comes up in the search results. I've confirmed that personal folders are selected within the indexing options.. I rebuilt the indexing and it started to work properly... too only break down a day after rebuilding the index.
