Hi Guys,

Here is to hoping we have some SharePoint guru's amongst us who can help me out with an issue we are having with a SharePoint 2010 set up in a single server farm environment.
The SharePoint site is made up of 4 Site collections each using a separate database behind it.

We are having an issue when trying to upload a new document to a document library, the initial upload completes its just when we come to fill in the Properties of the document, we receive an error with a correlation ID.

When I have checked over the logs for the correlation ID I have come across the following:
Failed to get value of the Doc Status column from the Managed Metadata field type control.  See details in log. Exception message: Invalid field name

The whole part of the Log:

I have tried binding the columns again to the metadata field however this has not made the error go away

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rainerj,

Now I am by no way means a SharePoint expert... so this is slightly beyond my capabilities, however I will give it a crack and let you know how I get on over the next few days.

Cheers
