I recently set up vps on GoDaddy.com and it has options to add UI control either c panel or plesk. The vps will host .net application in general.

Which one should be picked?

Thanks

Hi,

Those Control Panel's to manage your web server!

C Panel - generally used for hosting plain HTML pages, mainly for Linux hosting
Plesk - generally for ASP.NET pages, mainly for Windows hosting.

Comparison here - http://support.hostgator.com/articles/specialized-help/technical/cpanel-vs-plesk-side-by-side-functionality-comparison

I prefer to choose Plesk

Hope it helps u...
