step-by-step process to build Window server 2012 images by using SCCM 2012

Hello Experts,

 

I am looking either for a blog/pfd/site that shows how to deploy Windows servers 2012 images by using SCCM2012

 

I need to deploy a bunch of physical and VMs 2012 servers using this tool and a third-party tool is not an option for me

 

Any advantages/disadvantages of using SCCM2012 comparing with P2V-V2V from Hyper-V?

The process for deploying Windows Server 2012 through SCCM is same as for older operating systems with minor changes.
