Hi there,
Recently installed the 'Mic office web apps server 2013' integrated wel with sharepoint 2013.  When I click to creat new document from my sharepoint it only shows 'Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote?  Does the office Web App 2013 not have publisher, infopath and Access?
-Also from where I can download the free apps for sharepoint 2013?

No, just those in the list you mention.
Free apps? Do you mean webparts?
Other than those built in you could search on codeplex or bamboo solutions
