Problem adding new BES user

I'm having an odd problem trying to add a new user to my Blackberry Enterprise (express) server.  I've tried adding him several times but the device does not register properly.  I have noticed one odd thing about his account compared to the other users.  The Messaging Server field shows my second exchange 2010 server which was recently added during an upgrade.  The rest of the accounts show the primary server as the Messaging Server which appears to be the only difference.  I'm not sure why it has him listed on the other server since his active database is on the primary.  Any ideas on how to get his account swiched back to the other server on the BES?

When you remove him, are you saying Yes to remove his information from the mail system (I can't remember the exact phrasing, but I know it asks you something about additionally removing his information from the mail system and you need to click Yes).  I wonder if you try that it will remove him completely and then you can readd him using his email address/alias when you click Create User.

I tried that one, I don't get any additional prompts aside from the usual confirmation to delete then account.  When I import him again it still shows his messging server as exchange2.
