Does anyone know of a program that will merge multiple file types into a single multi-page TIF file?  I have a folder that contains JPEG, TIF, and PDF files. I need them all merged into a single multi-page TIF.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

Yes, IrfanView will do it. IrfanView is excellent freeware that I've been using for many years:
http://www.irfanview.com/

Click the Download link on the left to download IrfanView and click the PlugIns link on the left to download the PlugIns, which are needed to give you PDF capability. Install IrfanView first, then install the PlugIns.

First convert all of the various file types to TIF. You may do this individually via File>Save As or in batch via File>Batch Conversion/Rename.

Once you have all TIF files you may combine them with IrfanView's command line option "/append". This article explains how to do it:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web_Development/Document_Imaging/A_10745-How-To-Combine-Merge-Append-TIFF-Files-in-Batch-Mode.html

It's a long article, but you may focus just on the code snippet that describes the command line call to IrfanView. If you need any further help, let me know. Regards, Joe
