Ugggg...
So I have roaming profiles with folder redirection setup on a server 2008 R2.
I am setting up an image to roll out to 20 computers.
When I loging with a roaming profile, to one of these new computers and setup outlook for the user that I am logged in as it would be nice for outlook to "stay" configured when this roaming profile user logs into another computer.
Currently it does not; microsoft asks for account setup when the user logs on to a new computer and starts outlook.
I've played with PRF files and that sort of works but there seems to be now way to force outlook to use a certain .pst file, so it creates another one.
Should the oultlook account information persist across computers and something is not working right?
The desktop roams, the docuements roam... what am I missing?
when I look at the desktop location it shows the network UNC for the roaming profile...
I have the roaming profile setup in GPO, not in the account properties under AD...
NOTE: Yes, I have the pst files on a network share. I know i am not supposed to but...
