Hi there,
Recently installed web app server 2013, it is nicely working with sharepoint 2013 internally.  I had configured the internal Zone as http://internal server address.  Externally it is not working, by clicking on the new document icon the page comes blank.  Is it the firewall blocking any specific ports for office web apps server 2013 or I have to configure the external zone address as well on the sharepoint 2013?  need help

Hi,
yes, you have.
In regards to security, you should run the external address with HTTPS.

Hi Rainer;
Do I have to use the SSL certificate in both the sharepoint 2013 and office web apps server 2013?  Also please let me know where can I put my volume licensing in the office web apps server 2013, I can remember it did not ask me the license number anywhere since the start of installation?
Help plz
