Looking for assistance setting up an AS400 emulator session running via windows 2008r2 remote desktop services. On our workstations the emulator sessions is set to launch right in using SSO. Trying to get it to run under RDS but it does not remember the main settings ie, as400 name and auto launch. Any thoughts?

You need to track down exactly where the settings you are looking for are stored.

One possibility is if you didn't install it in Install mode.  If you didn't, then you need to uninstall it, and then from the command line, you do a change user /install, then you reinstall it again, and configure it.  Then you do a change user /execute.

If you did install it correctly, then you can set a script to automatically run at login time to set those registry values at login time, so they will be correctly available.
