192.168.11.8 is  the address of your distribution point?
Check if you have checked option "Allow this distribution point to respond to incoming PXE requests" and "Enable unknown computer support".

This option are in Administration->Distribution Points->Properties->PXE

Computer from witch you get to the PXE is in SCCM device? or is the new computer?

If it new try to deploy task sequance to collection "All unknown computers" eventually delete all "unknown" in device. Then reboot to pxe.

If it exists in sccm, you must deploy task sequence to collection in which it is.

after checking these solutions, please let know

Check if your boot image have cheked option "Deploy this boot imgage from the PXE-enabled distribution Point" . (setting is in: Software Libary->Operating systems->Boot Image->Properties-> Data source

and also checked if you select option Make avalible to the following: configuration manager, clients, media and PXE when you deploy task sequeance.  You can check it: Softwre library->Task sequence->here select task sequence and deployemnts payne(the bottom of the page) ->select collection for example all unknown computer -> properties->Deployment settings

of course you select distribute conrent for your boot images and operating systems images?
