How to determine the website has been hacked.

Is there any routine or process to determin the website has been hacked.
The website is on aspx on everything is on server based.
All the contents, files, web.config evrything is there.
But still the page shows nothing.

Kindly revert.

The website was working fine, but suddenly from last 2 day it stopped working.

Hello.
your link redirects to http://habboigratis.altervista.org/outf.html?h=1598573
your js (Visifire2.js) has the first line that redirects.
