ERR:javax.ejb.EJBException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.sql.SQLException: Server level event notifications are disabled as the database MSDB does not exist.
java.sql.SQLException: Server level event notifications are disabled as the database MSDB does not exist.

again when I grant connect to guest, application run flawlessly, now the point is I don't get where the relation between change password and use of this event notification in sql ?

"Guest" account is automatically used by SQL Server itself in master and msdb (at least) for certain specific things.  You're never supposed to disable guest in either of those system dbs (at least).  You can disable guest in any user db, if you want to.
