Using remotly on a non-domain machine WACA

Is it possible to use Web Application Configuration Analyzer remotely on a machine that's not on the domain and if so where do I put in the local UN and PW of the remote machine?

isysinternals psexeccomes immediately to mind.

psexec \\computer program -u username -p password
