Installing Print Drivers on Windows server 2008 Terminal server

what is the easiest and best practice ways on installing printer drivers on a 2008 terminal server that match my 2003 print server drivers or just adding drivers in general?

The easiest thing to do is to connect to the print server from the TS box, which will either install in-box drivers, or prompt you for a good driver.  

In general, you add them just like any workstation.  

Make sure you avoid host-based drivers, bi-directional communication drivers, etc.
