TMG "maximum connections rate for a single client host was exceeded"

Hi Experts,

I got a user that have a random problem, sometimes his internet wirks fine, sometimes not..

Logging on TMG i got:

Denied Connection  2/7/2013 10:41:29 AM
Log type: Firewall service
Status: A connection was rejected because the maximum connections rate for a single client host was exceeded.  
Rule: None - see Result Code

Anyone can help me fix it?

His/her machine could be infected, first of all scan it for malwares.

I already did that.

I increased max connections from 600 top 750 and this user stil have problems.

Give it 1200 instead of 750.

Hi, sorry i took so long to respond.

Updated to 1200, scanned for pc virus and its all ok on the client pc, but tmg keeps rejecting its ip after some time.

What we do now?

I ended putting the problematic IP address in the exclusions list.
