I have tried using the newest 7_13 version of Java and uninstalled it and then tried using Java 6_17, rebooting after each, and still cannot use an ADP site; as soon as you log in, the desktop stays blank/white, if you click on the General tab in the menu, IE freezes.

Hi,
i tried in iE8  and using java 7 update 13 in my computer. no issues in accessing ADP. could u try in chrome/FF as well. chrome some times will help u to install the right version of Java on its own and help u to fix this. good luck.
