We are ankles deep into a 4 entity merger - Priority one is email continuity amongst the various systems.

1 systems run Exchange 2003.
2 System are on Exchange 2010.
1 System is on Groupwise.

Question is:

Is there anyway via MS or 3rd party software in which we can synchronize all 4 address books across the 4 parties involved into one great big global address book for the interim until their is a Domain/AD integration in place.

Currently each domain connects to the mothership via VPN.
15,000 users.
60 locations

Thanks in advance for any input.

They are not in the same AD\Exchange Forest - They will be eventually - The priority at this time is to keep Email communications up and propagated throughout the system in their current state first and AD integration second so that we can get all the involved parties in under one.
