Keyboard, hotkey combo, or a shortcut that will open a conversation window in WLM

Using Win 7 and MS 4000 keyboard.

I'm looking for a way that by either clicking a button on the keyboard, hotkey combo, or a shortcut on the desktop that will open a conversation window in Windows Live Messenger for a specific user.

Also, macro can be assigned to a button....so that is an option too.

i do not suggest  code, i suggest a tool for it; check the links
no code needed in most cases

I already said a macro can be assigned to the keyboard.  Telling me that I can do a macro and sending me to macro website doesn't answer the question.  I know a macro will work.  I need the code.

You might as well tell me this and say it is the solution to my question

in esence, you use a macro recorder, that records everything you do : mouse movements, clicks, keyboard inputs..
