Dears ,
I have 10mps internet in my company , my local subnet is 10.0.0.0/24 , my problem is that i want to guarntee bandwidth of a 2mbps for my manager while the rest of the empoyees including me will have the usual bandwidth.

What i want exactly is that when i test the speed of the internet from my manager pc it should give 10 mpbs exactly and when i test it from any other pc it give 8 mpbs for any other users .
I want my manager to have 2mpbs at least and doesn't suffer from any slowness i tried this link but it didn't work ,any idea of how to do that ?

You can use the security policies with traffic shaping to accomplish that. The KB article linked below describes how to set it up. For you manager. You can define his computer as a subnet x.x.x.x/32
