I detached a database from the sql server and am getting the following error when I point to the file to reattach it:

Failed to retrieve data for this request.  An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch (Microsoft.qlServer.ConnectionInfo)
CREATE FILE encountered operating system error 5(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105) while attempting to open or create the physical file 'D:\SQL\NIAHISTORIAN_plantdatabase.mdf.'  (Microsoft SQL Server error 5123)

Can anyone help?

I found my own answer.  I changed the security on both the .mdf and .ldf to allow 'everyone' full permission.  Was able to reattach the database successfully.
