move internal page title bar down

Hi there.  I have a site that is built in wordpress using theme DeepFocus from Elegantthemes.com.  On the internal pages, I want to move down the green title bar so that it's not touching that hr line above it.  What do I in the css to achieve that?

Here is that page: http://www.kitchensofdenver.com/countertops/

hard to say without seeing the code but for whatever container that title bar is in, or if its simply its own container,  you can  set a top margin.  margin-top: 5px;

I would have to see the code for a specific example. to see what kind of contianer that bar is or is in and then see how your CSS file is structured.

if you can find the correct CSS block, you simply have to add:   margin-top: 5px;
with whatever else is specified.
