It could still be a virus I have seen specific virus's that can reside in protected system files its impossible for a windows av scanner to even find them let alone fix them. The only way i know is use a linux av boot cd I use avg rescue disk

Internet Explorer indiocates cannot open, ran scans for virus, malware, etc. &nbsp;Still not working.<br />
