SQL Server 2008 SP3 failing becasue of issue "Setup account privileges" even though running as a local administator on Windows Server 2008.

User generated imageTrying to install SQL Server SP3 using the machine admin account on windows server 2008.  However fails the "setup account privilages"... shows this.  I've checked the local security policy and see that Administrators do have secuirty and backup privilages.  Not sure what to do.... Can I disalbe the policy temporarily so it can install and what policy should I disable

is it x64 bits sql server?
is your windows server 2008 x64 bit too?

if machine admin account is member of local admin group and it is x64 OS?

before you start install right click on the setup and select "Run As Admin"
even you logged in as local wind admin
run and post results
