Database Maintenance plan to execute in remote server

I have create database maintenance plan for log backups for all db's  in sqlserverB to be run in sqlserverA. Both server have different sql service agent account and I have  create an proxies in sqlserverA.. But again I'm still not able to eprform teh backup log.

But the error message in maintenance plan history keep saying  below which Domain1\\sqlserviceB is the service account I used to configured in sqlagent for sqlserverB

Executing the query "BACKUP LOG [tde] TO  DISK = N'E:\\Microsoft SQL Ser..." failed with the following error: "The server principal "Domain1\\sqlserviceB" is not able to access the database "tde" under the current security context.
BACKUP LOG is terminating abnormally.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

Hi

I think it is better that use User and Password in SQL inested in windows.
Hi,

More usual is for each server to have their own backup routines/jobs/maintenance plans.

Why are you trying to have everything run from one server?
