I removed him and I confirm he is not a member anymore however he still receives a messages . This issue has been going for more than 2 weeks . Exchanges has restarted several times and he still receive emails
Any idea or tips would be highly appreciated

You may use the message tracking to track email flow. Maybe the is email being forward from other user to this user. Check the Outlook rule on all member of this DL as well. Message tracking log will help you alot.

Thanks,
I tracked her mailbox from exchange there is no record on her mail box for any email from this particular distribution group..
Temporarly I created a new rule on her outlook to delete and any email comes from this group .. but i know this is not the way because she shouldn't received from the start ..
I thought about checking the forwarding .. but checkin each mailbox is waste of time .. is there a way/command to check which emails is being to forwarded to which
