Adobe Form ?

So a form is generated by someone, not me, the for  allows you to fill the boxes out, but you can't save the completed form with your info you have to print it out.  So the steps for us, fill it out, print to free PDF writer tool and then you can take that poduced item and email.  We have adobe reader and the pdfwriter free util on our machines.  Isn't there a way fro this form to be produced where it would allow you to fill out the info in the boxes, without changing the form, and save the doc without having to do two to three extra steps of printing the form to pdf in order to save your data and then be able to email it to a client?

Thx

Does extending rights give the user of the form the ability to change the form?  I want them to get the designed 'standardized' form, fill in the fields and be able to save it right off the bat to their hard drive for emailing, without anything other than reader installed and without them changing the form in any way.

Does the extending rights setting come in a specific version of CS6 / Adobe STD/Pro which is being used to design the form?
