Outlook Out Of Office Assistant Not Working 2010 Exchange 2010
Hello!
One of my clients (vp) has a laptop he uses to travel and cannot set the OOA from Outlook itself claiming it is not connected to the server, even though outlook is working fine. It states "Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later".
I had this issue on another laptop that was somehow resolved but dont know how.
Currently inside the office on the LAN and cannot open the OOA dialog box with the above error. Likewise this happens when he is connected via VPN.
Few things about the client:
Has Three (3) exchange accounts set up in his outlook which are opened concurrently and seems to be in good working order.
In Outlook 2010, I see the external OWA URL is incorrect. Though I think this to be inconsequential as it is "wrong" on laptop that had the problem and no longer has that problem.
How do i resolve this for just the one user who seems to have the problem?
thanks!

The Check mark was there for all but the "on Fast networks" which I then checked off and restarted outlook.
Seems to come up now. He is connected via HTTP.
Spoke too soon.. Outlook 2010 connected to the LAN does not work when trying to access the OOA.
When I connect to an external network, then VPN in, it works.
How do I get it to work internally ALSO?

The problem came back, and I realized it was an authentication issue. Once all the mailboxes were checked, and the reminders came up, all was OK.
