Outlook won't authenticate with Exchange
An Outlook account suddenly quit authenticating with the Exchange server. The mail is hosted by a GoDaddy Exchange server. Going through Outlook Web Access works fine. However, when she tries to retrieve her mail in Outlook 2010 installed on her computer her password is not recognized.
This user has an elaborate folder system set up so I hate to remove the account and reinstall it. Is there a way to fix this without doing that?

Have you tried using the full email address as the username? Or FQDN with username?
You can use https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ to test the account is connecting to the right exchange server - sometimes godaddy moves users to different server. FYI Re creating the outlook profile does not destroy the folder system ( you can export to .pst if you are worried)

The full email address is the username. How would I re-create the profile without destroying the folder system? Would it delete the emails that are only saved locally?
Other office accounts accessing the same Exchange server work fine. It is isolated to this one user. Incidentally, she is on a Windows 7 laptop.
