Cannot connect to internet

Have an office that is running an Adtran Netvanta 3448 and an adtran netvanta 1234.   The phone system through the switch works but no internet.   when someonw makes a call the ethernet light on the 3448 goes solid amber.   any ideas what is happening?  We are also using Allworx 6x12

The Upc started beeping just before this happened.    We are going through DSL.
when I enter ipconfig /all  there are no logical DNS servers, unless they are eritten in hexadecimal

What hapened was when the UPC blew it's breaker, not sure why, it was reset but for some reason the smart switch dropped the DNS server IPs.   Once I entered the server IP's I got from the ISP and rebooted the computers they worked.   Thanks for the suggestion.   I will remember the Adtran support for the future.
