Exchange 2007 server running as hub transport with anti spam agents installed. Thresholds as follows:<br />

Delete Level: 9<br />
Reject Level: 8<br />
Quarantine: disabled <br />
SCLJunk Threshold (set at organization level) is 6 (to move level 7's to junk folder)<br />

I have set via script OWA settings per user to enable the hidden rules.<br />

Deletes and Rejects are working, and messages are getting checked and assigned SCL numbers (i can see on AgentLog)<br />

Outlook not moving messages based on SCL Threshold
