Touchpad disable when loging in Windows 8
We have a notebook Windows 8 Pro and when it start, you see at the log in windows the mouse working (using the touchpad). When you log in with a specific user, the touchpad seems disable and mouse doesn't work.
However, if you log in with another different user, the touchpad works,
Also, when you connect a USB mouse, the user that the Touchpad fails, the mouse pointers work.
So I points to be something in the user startup because he mouse work at eth initial login screen.
How can we fix this?
