Decided to select my entry as the solution so it can be registered and help other members.

We have a notebook Windows 8 Pro and when &nbsp;it start, you see at the log in windows the mouse working (using the touchpad). &nbsp;When you log in with a specific user, the touchpad seems disable and mouse doesn't work.<br />

However, if you log in with another different user, the touchpad works,<br />
<br />
Also, when you connect a USB mouse, the user that the Touchpad fails, the mouse pointers work.<br />
<br />
So I points to be something in the user startup because he mouse work at eth initial login screen.<br />
