ieframe.dll error when printing from outlook
Some pc's on our network have stopped displaying anything in the devices and printers window in W7. At first it wasn't much of an issue but now some people are getting the following error when trying to print an email in outlook 2003;
Line 291
char 1
class factory cannot supply the requested class
code 0
res:ieframe.dll/preview.js
this is win 7 32 bit with I explorere 8. I don't see how IE could cause this kind of error.
I tried recreating the ole32.dll but to no avail.

Thanks for the replies.
We don't use remote desktop or terminal servers but I will try the hotfix anyway.
I have tried the regsvr32 ole32.dll and rebooted, but it didn't have any effect.
I will try making sure all windows updates are installed. Is it also worth updating to IE9 if IE8 is what's causing the issue?

Upgrading to IE10 fixed issue without necessity for further troubleshooting.
Try this
Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) -> Ok.
Reboot.
