You are trying to use an old MS-DOS machine in Virtual PC 2007, right? In your Host machine you have an Intel E100 lan adapter, correct? But in the VM configuration you have to do a mapping between physical and virtual - see here. You can't use the Intel ODI driver, because Virtual PC emulates a DEC 21140A lan adapter. You need a driver for that network card. If my assumptions are wrong, please correct me.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Virtual_PC suggests that Virtual PC emulates a DEC 21041 (DEC 21140 in newer versions) Ethernet network card. Try using a DEC odi driver
Find ODI lan drivers here:
http://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=n39e8fWh89Q~
N.b. why are you trying to connect with an obsolete OS to an obsolete server?

Hi deroode,
just download landrv.exe and extract all files, don't know which one is correct DEC odi driver.
Because this DOS system is over 1x years ago for client side programme ---invoice / packing list ........... , i don't know how to install DOS but still use the DOS client to do some documents. ( now i can do is use GHOST to clone the whole Hdd image to Virtua pc )

I did a quick look into the landrv.exe file and I think there are no ODI drivers, but client32 ones. You can download odi drivers from here. Select the first download named e2kit201.zip. In this archiv are ODI drivers unter NOVELL\DOSODI contained.
Hi rjanowsky,
I didn't see your post while i was searching and typing. Seems like we both came to the same conclusion about the DEC nic.

Yes, you might be correct - the file DC21x4.com should be the ODI driver. In my quick scan through the archive I didn't notice this file.
