Blackberry Express Server handheld devices unable to send mail.

After doing a “knife edge” migration to a new VM all the handsets can receive mail but not send or reply.
The only warnings I get that in the eventvwr are:

RIM_HrResolveProxysFromDN - ResolveProxyAddressesLDAP failed from -2146762751
SCS::CheckDBforUserConfigChanges - Skip processing as a check is already in progress.
{####.#########@freshdirect.co.uk} PIM Rescan Throttling not enabled, setting rescan timers for user anyways.

Researching these on Google doesn’t bring back anything pertaining to my issue.
I am very stuck now and need some professional help. If anyone can throw some light on this I would be very grateful

Environment: Blackberry express server 5.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2 server

I have turned off the firewall on the serve and I have checked that my watchguard firewall has the correct port for communication to the BES.
The SRP test passes. SQL test passes. I can add a user and a device.

Kind Regards

ASKER

Just to update - I can pin message the devices from BES and device to device can pin message.
Also there is no remote lookup for Global Address Book when in contacts from any device.

Exchange version 2010 as i forgot to put that in the first post.

Thanks
Also unable to browse internet on devices.
re-associated a device to the server and that device works fine. SO looks like i am recalling 120 devices to associate again.... Joy

Hi,

You should be able to re-activate the devices without a recall?

Alternatively, toggle wireless sync on and off again from the Enterprise Activation page on the device:

See the last paragraph in this link:
