Yes, seperate MAPI and Replication Networks on each DAG. Replication in clean (no entries) in on the DNS side, and on the advanced DNS tab of entries and the checkbox is also cleared onthe advanced page.
What DNS servers do you have listed on the MAPI NIC? Are they both domain controllers?

Yes, they are both internal DCs and DNS servers for our local domain...
Did you manually setup an A record or CNAME record for 'DAG2010.suffix'?

Yes, I even deleted it (set up about a year ago orginally) and created a new A record this AM for the item per some other KBs on soem revelant topics.
Ah, OK, that is the problem. You shoud not be manually setting up this record. Exchange does it automatically.

So, how can you force Exchange to recreate the DNS record if it is incorrect?
Most probably Network Name Resource Availability.

Event ID errors and warnings are now gone, and not repeating...
Do you have separate NICs for your MAPI and Replication networks? Make sure your MAPI NIC has your AD DNS servers and ONLY your AD DNS servers listed. Make sure your Replication NIC doesn't have DNS servers listed and is set to NOT register in DNS.
