Need to conneect mac to pc and use ut's network connection

I have a pc that I use wireless and vpn to connect to my work windows domain.

Now with that connected i need to be able to use a crossover cable from my mac book pro to connect to the nic on the pc so that the mac will be on my work network.

I need to to get my ma fixed.

Is it possible to use the pc to share it network connection with my mac?

If so...how?

my windows pc is connected to vpn wireless.

Won't work.

I logging into the with a local account and need to be on my work network to log off on the mac and login with a new AD account so it gets cached locally on the mac.

so connecting it to the pc will give me a constant connection to the mac.
Our macs use VPN to connect to the network.

They can access file shares Email and Internet.

You said "I logging into the with a local account " what are you logging into?

Lets not get away from the initial question.

 need to create the mobile account for the first time. I cannot login in on a local account, connect vpn, then log off to login with the new account. Logging off disconnects vpn.

In a nut shell, I cannot use vpn on the mac to do what I need. I need to be able to connect to to the pc, while that is connected on vpn to my work.

Is that possible?

Ok, you can do wired connection, just need to setup the ip addresses between the pc and the mac.

example:

pc ==> 192.168.1.254
mac ==> 192.168.1.100 (if the mac needs a gateway/router = 192.168.1.254)
