PDF's on iPad

We have a bunch of business PDF's we would like to get on an iPad but not sure how to do this.  We have about 240 of them.  Any ideas on the best way to get them transfered over.  We have a share point website where you could download them individually but would take awhile.

Would like to do this as cheap (free ;) as possible and would have to do this on a windows pc.

try dropbox, it will work on both platforms and is cloud based.

I use PDF Reader and simply connect my iPad to my computer and drag and drop them into the PDF Reader area.
