Safari browser adds wwww to address www.(website) to make wwwww.www.(website)
I belong to www.modelmayhem.com but now I can log in but when I navigate to a tab it automatically adds wwww in front of the address. I cleared the history on my iPad and deleted the bookmark but it won't stop.
Thanks

Hi,
which software version are you on?, also is that the only site it does it on or does it do the same thing to a selected group on website.
try a software update on the ipad if its not the latest version or
Soft Reset
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slider appears.
2. Drag the slider.
3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If this doesn’t fix the problem you’re experiencing, try the steps for a Hard Reset below. This will erase everything off the device and start you off fresh.
Hard Reset
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for about ten seconds. The Apple logo will appear, and the device should complete the Hard Reset.
if these steps don't work you can try a factory reset. This website should help you out with that https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3505297?start=0&tstart=0

I have Safari on the iPad. That sight is the only one that is effected. I did a soft reset and there is no change. I won't do a hard reset because its just one sight that is effected.
