what are you trying to send would a file share program work such as google docs or skydrive. you can register with the current email address you have and upload the document and share it with whoever you want.??

this maybe correct i have office 2010 so i cannot test it for you but you should be able to follow the same method for outlook 2003 it just may be in a different location on the registry<br />
