On some machines Outlook 2010 is not showing the availability dot next to the email address when entered into the to box. &nbsp;What conditions need to be true to show this?<br />

On the machines that do show availability, it looks like adding the email address associated with the skype account of the person you want to show availability for works when you have that email address in your contacts, and they have your skype associated address in theirs. &nbsp;Is this the only way to cause Outlook to show a green status when you enter an address and the person is online<br />

Just want to know more about how this works for a deploy.<br />
