Scan to mail
Got a RICOH 6001 MP at work. Cant make it Scan to mail.
Succesfully testet SMTP servers: 64.136.52.40 and 64.136.44.40 the printer test these 2 SMTP servers to succesful connection.
Anyway. . . It will never send the scanned file. It just tells "waiting", until it fails afer some time.
I used many guides but this link shows 1 of the configurations im trying: http://gsd.lacity.org/publishing/scan_mp5500.pdf
I hope you can help me with important info of WHERE to get the required info from. Im pretty sure the network got an exchange mail server, if this helps anything.... I just dont know what i should do next.
