how do you know that you are bypassing the proxy? maybe you have a transparent proxy? check this with your network admin.

I am trying to access the web portal at <a href="https://www.mpdc.co.uk" rel="ugc">https://www.mpdc.co.uk</a>&nbsp;which goes to a login screen.<br />

For some reason when I access the website from any pc on my network I get a &quot;cannot display page&quot; error<br />

I have spoken with the owner and he says it is fine with thousands logged in at the time. Its very strange as I can access the site from my iphone and from a colleagues samsung s3. On the samsung when accessing the site it says the certificate is not secure but still allows me to access the site. When I access the site from one of our domain pc's it does not work as says page cannot be displayed. All other websites can be accessed fine including other <a href="https" rel="ugc">https</a>: websites. Please advise.
