Yeah you are in WP SDK (which is not equal of .NET framework). Like the Compact Framework, this will be missing many class libraries.

There is nothing peculiar about wanting to know how many weeks are between two dates and I can't see how they would have built WP8 without the ability to do so. &nbsp;There must be a way?
