Cisco PIX client to site IPSec VPN disconnects.

We are using the cisco vpn client for an ipsec vpn and it keeps disconnection without notice.  The error is:

1721   11:13:57.367  02/14/13  Sev=Info/4    IKE/0x63000049
Discarding IPsec SA negotiation, MsgID=CBEFE358

1722   11:13:57.367  02/14/13  Sev=Info/4    IKE/0x63000017
Marking IKE SA for deletion  (I_Cookie=FFCB1F5FAA623F01 R_Cookie=70889885265F2147) reason = DEL_REASON_PEER_NOT_RESPONDING

Could you be using up all the IP addresses that are allocated for the VPN?  I have had this same issue before and that was the reason.  However I do not remember what the error  messages were there we were getting.

No, there is only one VPN user and 254 available addresses.

Those are excellent questions.  I will find out the answers and post them.
Thank you for your help.  The sysopt connection permit-vpn command fixed it I think.
