If you have any troubles deleting the files and/or directories you can boot with Knoppix and get rid of them easily.

Im not great at reg editing.

Quick tutorial someone?

or is there no tool to do it automatically?
Here's an article on editing the registry.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/136393

Just take your time and you'll be fine.

You've already tried to automatically get rid of it with two of the best programs there are.

If they didn't get it I'd go with the manual process to make sure it's 100% gone.
Personally, while the manual removal works fine, I would just run Combofix. It usually cleans it up fine:

And yes, I know, it's a kinda lazy approach, but if I'm on a time limit in my job, I can't sit and waste half an hour to manually remove files when I can just run a program that does a good job and frees my time up to do other things.
