Could be user is not logging out/ not fully being logged out and new session being created. Could be user bypassing group policy, could be group policy not taking effect on computer.<br />

The allow multiple sessions box is unchecked but I have one user that keeps creating multiple logins under her profile and its blowing up quickbooks.<br />

If concurrent logins is disabled how is she doing it?<br />
