I was able to use the filter and wrote vb coding using dlookup to run through all of the records and select the field in each record that matched the field I was running it against. Thank you for your help!!!

I have a split form in an Access database. The user is able to run a search query to show only table entries according to a specific phone number. I want to add a command button or a check box for the user to click that will populate a field titled scheduled on the table for each of the table entries that have that phone number. Can you please help with this?
